The best hotel & outdoor pool in Velingrad! Two pools for kids, two water slides , 34°C minimum water temperature and excellent restaurant !
The restaurant and the pools are great. Also the park around the hotel .
The weather is not of interest when there are various heated outdoor pools
Mote like a 3-star hotel . The restaurant is the best in the town , but overpriced. Rhe pool is good. Here is the promised breakfast on block-table:

Had a reservation for 3 nights here. Left after the 1st night: The overall feeling is for 3 star hotel . Prices are just not equivalent to the quality of the food and room. Be aware!

Класен хотел, със стилен парк и градина, но доста олющен. Отлепени плочки по басейните опасни за децата. Аниматори няма или са супер мързеливи и незаинтересовани, никой те се грижи за детските кътове.

Good SPA – pools, bio (cooler) and Finish (around 85-90°C) saunas, a steam bath, free water and fruit juices. I prefer somewhere to dip in cold water, instead of the fridge room they have, though. - Nikolay Bachiyski
