Not so bad. I love their canned coffee found in 7/11 and family mart.
This was my first Tully's Coffee. Apart from this fact, I don't remember anything about the actual coffee .

Good staffs and great place to have a coffee break! However, if you wanted to charge your gadgets, you had to go other places too. There're no electronic outlets/sockets. - sera
