From the main Kyoto Station take the shuttle bus to the hotel . Staff is very friendly . Rooms are clean . Beds were perfect. Metro nearby. Temples across the street. Shopping on 1 km. Breakfast good!

Rooms are kind of old and outdated furnishing-wise, but it’s a nice place. Lobby and restaurants are impressive with one featuring a waterfall and koi.

nearest subway: nijojo-mae. no lift/escalator up to ground level. they have free shuttle pick up from kyoto station to hotel . love the room and friendly stuff !

I would not stay again: maybe we were unlucky but the service was incredibly bad... They are hardly courteous. Rooms look as rundown as the outside.The waterfall cafe is worth a stop though.

There's almost no difference between a delux room and a standard one, other than the price. Been told it has (very slightly) better carpet and wallpaper. Poor value for money .

申込時点で親切感があったのですが、実際に利用 させて戴くと、顧客満足どころではなく、顧客感動を達成されている素晴らしいホテル でした。この上なく親切で、そこまでして戴けるんですか、と感動を覚えました。京都に泊まる際は必ず利用 させて戴きたいです。

とりあえずホテル にチェックイン。シングルルームからアップグレードされたけれど今回は海外からのお客さんの分と合わせてJTB手配なのでANA SFC特典が利用 できず。

昔は全日空ホテル という名前でした。2Fの広間をよくパーティーで利用 しますが、そろそろ喫煙所作った方がいいと思います。。。

喫煙可能な2階のホワイエに近づかないことです。今時、共有部分で喫煙可能とか、あり得ない (T_T)

2013年2月1日からANA CROWN PLAZA HOTELに名称が変更になりました。

二条城前のホテル です。綺麗だし、アクセスも良いです。

お部屋で朝ごはん 。早く和朝食 が復活しないかなぁ。

ビュッフェに行った。美味しかった。

ちょっとホテル のラウンジ で休憩して帰る。

酒店有点老，而且没有色情台，虽然我不是真想看，但五星酒店有付费台应该是标配。房间相对日本规格算很大。
