The food is fresh, tasty, inexpensive and always changing. Expect cozy seating , quick service and tasty eats. The roasted pork is amazing and their meet sauce is super savory.

Fantastic food, only open for lunch . The bistecca alla Fiorentina is the best I've had and very reasonably priced at €35 for 1kg. Fresh fish on fridays.

Every single person in the restaurant is a tourist . Can be awkward for solo travellers as they will make you sit with groups of 3s (rightly so as they are very busy). Just go elsewhere!

Bistecca alla Fiorentina (florentine T-bone steak ) is huge - smallest cut is 800g, but Mario does them delicious. If you fancy something smaller, go for the pork chop or pasta calamari .

Go here for steak florentina. They also serve soup and couple of pastas , but meat is the main thing here. Don't be surprized if you'll be seated with other people- place is small and very popular)

The restaurant is for Tourists only. 4 persons are squeezed in a table of 2 ft by 2 ft or (ca. 0.65m x 0.65m). Really difficult esp. for single person eating or 2 different couples. Loud and noisy .

I think reputation of this place is exaggerated.Steak was a little salty and tough. Ravioli was ok but less impressive than other pasta I had in Italy. Maybe I chose wrong menu.
