Cool, chill place atop a busy street. Entrance may be hard to find. Just know that the entrance is not under the clock tower, it is around the corner along the main road .

Fast free wifi 11mbps down/15up. Located around the corner from the address. Looking up at the clock, go right around the corner, through the paintings and up the stairs.

Same as L'usine but cheaper. Their apple tea mocktail is the best, and also the tiramisu . Always my fav place to go.

it looks quite similar to L`uisine Coffee shop concept but smalller,more simply designed , anyways still offer you a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy your drink or luch with western cuisine

Nice bright space tucked away on the 1st floor. Really good staff , decent menu & prices. An enjoyable place to be.

very friendly staff . one of them could sing acoustic beautifully with a guitar. mocktail apple tea is perfect for summer.

Do Not come during lunch time if you are looking for a nice place to work . This place is not only cafe but also restaurant where they serve meal. During lunch time, it is very loud and crowded .

Good place for appointment. The minus point is noise and the room often crowded

def trying to be like l'usine design wise. simple ask for iced coffee w milk on side which was served wrong and barely filtering through phin so i had to fix it myself. also took 10 min to arrive.

Crazy nazi-Vietnamese at parking can't explain that parking really costs 10.000 and when we said "No" he don't allow to park our bike and then said "Fuck you" and was aggressive and ready to fighting.

It's a lot like L'Usine, but with more affordable food.

A favourite for good coffee and a solid place to work . The staff couldn't be nicer - attentive & they remember your name! Beautiful decor inside too.

Bad service (waiter not seems to know the menu). Food went off before ordering. Decided to leave instead of change. Crowded . Is it a business strategy of limiting no. of servings?

Mới uống mỗi nước trà táo trái cây, khá vừa miệng. Giá ko gồm thuế VAT nên tính tiền sẽ lại thêm vài ngàn nhưng vẫn rẻ so với những quán khác. Có cái cửa sổ đồng hồ decor đẹp dễ sợ nè.
