Great staff here. Hauoli is the most wonderful United employee I've ever worked with and I meet a ton. Loved talking with her and she took good care of us. Very glad we met her.

The view of landing strip is great. if you're lucky, you can see the takeoff or landing.

United diesn't understand what a lounge is. Compared to the business lounge in Istanbul, it feels like entering a YMCA.

Went to eat a scone for breakfast but it turned to dust when I tried to butter it.

The lounge isn't great, but, as of October 14, 2013: there are fairly good free drinks now, the darker seats are fairly comfy and not particularly dirty , and greeters seemed friendly . Food is meh.

Buffet sehr eingeschränkt. Man erhält in Plastik verpackten Käse und Kekse dazu. Besser bei andere Star Alliance Lounge in HNL benutzen.
