Lovely art displays that always have something new to see. Great cafe with views over Eastbourne and the Devonshire Park tennis courts and the best drinks around.
Many local artists represented peaceful space even if it’s in the middle of the Devonshire Park renovations project

Central eating is around the corner on Terminus Road it's a brand new cafe and a great place to eat. The coffee is the best in Eastbourne too! - Jason Paterson
