The staff is friendly ! They wont bite. Go inside, it is faster and you can make friends! if you show up during their rush-hour times... dont complain about slow service. They do the best they can!

The baristas are usually fairly polite, albeit sound totally disillusioned with their jobs. They've never gotten my drinks wrong, and the quality is generally good

I assume complaints about the drive-through apply mostly to people who have to work at 8am. If you roll in around 10 or 11, service is super-fast and friendly . It's a swing shift life for me
