I love the poached salmon salad w/ dill and tomatoes ! It's delicious on tortilla chips , crackers or as a sandwich . Try the blackened tilapia sandwich ! The chilean sea bass , salmon and tuna are great!

ASK them for recipes. They'll give you anything you want. Try the recipe for cooking red snapper is a salt crust. SO good. I live Dirk's.
