The best part of this awesome aquarium is the Great Barrier Reef exhibit at the end. The huge uninterrupted single sheets of glass between you and the water really give you a sense of its grand scale.
Brilliant but very long queues. Get there as it opens to avoid being stuck in line for an hour or more. Prepaid tickets still need converting at the door. There's queue for that too.
A bit expensive and a bit small. I’ve certainly been to better aquariums but this one does have a few things that I haven’t seen at others. For instance, the seaweed dragon. Also has nice seahorses
The big tanks with the sharks , stingrays , swordfish and turtles were amazing. They also make a real effort to have fun stuff for kids.
As any aquarium there are many families & children. However, lack of personnel means constant tapping on glass, flash photography and climbing over exhibits . they have some fish that are in tiny tanks
Interesting to watch sharks and dugong . Nothing else. You can easily miss this point and better visit another place
Lengthy queues, prepaid tickets save you time here. These can be purchased from agents or booths near Circular Quay. Ferry from Circular Quay to Aquarium .
Always love to visit aquarium , Sydney aquarium give me good memories and I don't feel wanna go back ????????
Get multipass online before u go - much cheaper and good day or two out. Love the tunnels here too
Get the yearly membership. N come early in the morning to avoid long queues
A fun few hours out for a family - make sure you shop around for online offers as the full adult ticket price is crazy!
great place to spend the day. was expecting a little more. worth the money esp if you do a combo - visit two or more attractions .
Too many people, too crowded , even unsafe in case of evacuation. Rundown place. Other seaworld facilities around the world e.g. Dallas in much better condition and maintenance. Requires inspection.
Staff are friendly . Ask them about the exhibits when they're around. We asked one about the seafood being fed to the smaller fish in the Dugong tank - value add to our visit! Read more
Nice to see, although not really different fom other large aquariums around the world. Buy combo tickets to save the money and buy online to save even more
You'll get the best deal online (even better to buy a combinationticket for 5 attractions !
Get the pass which allows you to get admission for three, four, or five of Sydney's top attractions . Worth the money!
For given content the price is a bit high. This place is suitable for young children. The aquariums are very dirty and small so the animals looks pretty unhappy.
what I recommend is not ti visit the zoo and the the aquarium in the same day. you will get bored as I did !
Fantastic aquarium but queues can be lengthy for tickets. Best to buy pass in advance.
Awesome variety of water creatures. If you want to enter this aquarium , better purchase the packet one
Pre-paid tickets, bizarrely have a long queue too. What gives?
A bit expensive if you buy a ‘one attraction ticket’ but it was a really great experience
Come early to enjoy the experience, the place can get busy. Annual pas is worth it if you have children
Grap your tickets online it will be cheaper.. and get it from the same place .
A decent diversion, but only really worth it if you pick up the annual pass. Staff a strange mix of passion and indifference. Don't let one bad interaction put you off
Aquarium is the place to be on a Sunday afternoon. Views from the terrace are awesome and DJs and live acoustic acts provide the music .
Small aquarium for what you pay for but Australia has too many unique species to pass this place up. There are ways to get discounts . Try yha card or iventure.
Colour in your fish , scan it and watch it swim !
A must see in Sydney, excellent range of sea creatures , spectacular design.
Beautiful and well organized
It's well worth visiting just to see the dugongs ! Fascinating.
There are three big lemon shark here! This place is interesting!
The awful fauxtography at the beginning is an unwelcome experience. Surely revenue from excruciating shops and snacks are enough?
From 27 May - 13 June 2011, walk around to Circular Quay and check out Vivid Sydney. Over 40 light installations strectching from the Opera House around to Campbells Cove & throughout The Rocks. Read more
Great new Penguin exhibit ! Check out the feeding time!
Get there early and take your time there is all ways something new.
It's good but can get very crowded so pick entry time wisely. We did the behind the scenes tour which was average / not worth it.
You can buy the tickets on the sightseeing bus , much faster!!
$38 admission feels a bit steep. But its not bad if you love fish ! Penguin feeding time id cool. At school hols it must be a nightmare.
Don't rush the tunnels or be disappointed if the sharks pass by and you miss the photo they will return
Brilliant day out with kids kept them entertained for hours.
Worth a visit. Im in love with the Dugong !
Great rainy day activity!! Lots of sea creature to see up close!
If you buy your tickets at Peter Pans agency it would cost you 25 !
If there's a big queue to buy tickets, go to one of the tour booths around the corner to buy an admission voucher . Same price, no line .
Buy your tickets online before if you can. 10% discount and way shorter queue to get in.
Very beautiful place!!
Buy an annual pass, which gives you entry to Manly aquarium and Wildlife World to. Worth the price if you make 3 or more visits in a year.
Many kind of sea creatures here. Worth a visit.

I love this pet store. It's actually the best in the area. I could spend ages and huge amounts of $$ here lol. They have a very good selection. Ranging from everything you need for your little babies - Vanessa Summerfield
Love this place - have to be lucky sometimes to see certain animals but worth the trip across the harbour - Paul Corbett
Nice harbour to walk around especially with kids, nice restaurants along the way, playground and of course fantastic view - ????????????????á???????? ✨
Lots of interesting shops, vintage jewelry, and superb cafes. An amazing custom jewelry design shop (Larsen) on the 5th floor. - Mi Sc
