A beautiful swanky restaurant with polite staff and a nice place to impress your guests. The thing is that prices are very high and you pay more than you get.

"İskender Efendi" is very delicious!It contains tiny pieces of grilled meat with sauce over pieces of bread ,baked with butter & yogurt on the top.great combination! nice texture! Highly recommended!

Shawerma isnt what i expected,it wasnt tasty,nothing special! Kubaba kebab is a great choice, delicious Combintion of meat and chicken !For sidedish you can choose between fries and salad !

This time we got Iskender efendi, Kubaba kebab & Beef tongue . One better and more delicious than the other. Didn't liked the salad so much. Very cool and caring staff . A little crowded . Free parking .

The restaurant is trendy and pretty and upscale and casual and everything at the same time. Cuisine is Mediterranean and it's actually good. A little pricey for the portion but worth the experience.

indoor is nice too but air-conditioner isnt good enough and you can smell the entire menu! outdoor seating is highly recommended! Kinda crowded you should reserve your seat!

I figured you don't necessarily have to refer to "Dehkhoda" to find out how much is a "chaos-mesghal". drop by Cubaba and they'll tell you after u submit ur order. But damn the food/ambience is good.

Greaaat place. It is expensive but i enjoyed the place, the breakfast and especially the middle estern music ! Have a perfect breakfast in this beatiful restaurant that is self-service.

Literally EVERY dish we had was perfect. The prices are high but you’ll get your money’s worth. The only negative thing here is its staff . They’re so, very unprofessional. Definitely recommended.

The food is HEAVENLY! I loved Adana Kebab and the Grilled Eggplants With Creamy Yogurt is to die for! A very lively atmosphere . Overall, it's a memorable experience every time I go.

Hot mezze dish is also great! When you can't choose between the appetizers , its a good and delicious choice to try diffrent tastes! I recommend to order both hot & cold mezze dish!

Middle eastern cuisine . Service is great, and the Shewarma is delicious. I wasn't a fan of hummus , until I tried some from here! Tasty good and overall loved the restaurant ! ????????

I liked the cool and fun design. It allows you to wander while you are waiting for your meal. Humous, Babaghanoush, fattoush salad and Eskandari were all delicious and right touch of seasoning/garnish

My dish which was Mix grill has 3 different types of kebab . Normal taste and unaffordable price. BUT Fattet bademjan was amazing ,highly recommend if you are fan of yogurt and eggplant .

Been here for breakfast , lunch & dinner . Not have had a bad experience once! When great food is combined with unique atmosphere and service you cant expect less. Love this place. Totally recommend it!

Great interior design with Comfortable atmosphere . Nice stuff with delicious foods and dessert . We tried adana beyti( kabab ), fattoush , knafeh that were amazing. I didn’t like chilli potato .

It may still be one of the bests for breakfast in Tehran but comparing with last year they noticeably decreased the variety and increased the prices

Still one of my favorite places, great food, great staff and great atmosphere, but Eskandar should be served with yogurt on the plate, not on the side, but still one of the best on the menu
