Amazing!! Brisket as good as Texas. Pork was great. Sauces- for pork GA spicy mustard & brisket regular & strawberry spice mixed! Mac & cheese , campfire tators ???? banana pudding homemade delicious.
Oh my gosh - it really is as good as the reviews say. Brisket , pork , Mac & cheese , baked beans , campfire taters , slaw , mustard & red sweet & hot BBQ sauces were all excellent!
Hands down best smoked anything west of Charlotte, only reason not east is lack of trying. Ribs , Mac n cheese , beans are straight bangin!!! Forget anything in Waynesville and come here

Pork is very good, use the eastern NC vinegar sauce . Brisket it's good, maybe a touch dry. Baked beans not what I was expecting, where were the burnt ends I couldn't taste them. Banana pudding ok
