Get inspirational ideas at there bookstore next door. The ladies are friendly & very knowledgable on many different Art topics. Also there's a great Cafe Deli tucked away. Great for an artistic date.

The Museum invites you to explore its exhibits for free (children under 6 are always free) on Sunday. They kindly ask for a donation , which is well worth it to explore the extensive collections.

UCSB students go in for free. It's relatively small in comparison to many other art museums but it has a beautiful collection that is constantly changing.

Santa Barbara Museum of Art always provides a great collection of work. Definitely worthy of a weekend trip.

Sundays aren't free anymore. But you can come for free on Thursday nights between 5-8pm.

SBMA has a great deli & it's a perfect place to take a hot date on a budget & look @ the fine art ;~)
