Best hotel experience I've had in Bulgaria . The hotel is nice (not ostentatious or kitschy ), rooms are a good size and everything is clean and well maintained. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel , good sized rooms, amazing view towards the lake . However, the staff is not very polite. Overall a nice facility.

Try finish sauna >> aroma sauna >> salt steam bath and then what ever you like :) the swiming pool is also a good option for thoes of you looking for more action. Look for www.casarosa-bulgaria.com

Food - not bad, service needs improvement definitely, no WiFi in the rooms. I couldn't succeed in tuning the room temperature, as well . Great view and nature all around the hotel .

СПА зоната е доста добра . Фитнес залата също става, за хотел е супер. Закуската е перфектна - RIU. Без плувна шапка в басейна не може, което си е плюс, въпреки неудобството, ако не си носиш.

Тихо и спокойно. Персоналът има нужда от специално обучение против мързел. Лежерен плаж за всички , които бягат от жегите в София.

4-звезден хотел , а да няма WiFi по стаите си е чисто престъпление към всички IPads.... Да живее кабела! ????????????

Добра гледка, добри стаи, среден сервиз и лоша храна в основния ресторант но все пак е на блок маса - оправдано .

Няма wifi в 4 звезден хотел ! Wtf! Иначе много приятно храната добра урок по голф забавление голямо!
