One of the greatest value for money in Zagreb center. Very tasty food. Great selection. Big portions . Suitable for large groups. I'd recommend "Đevrek" patty.
A very great neighborhood spot off the tourist path. Great outdoor seating but colorful indoor. Great grilled meats and Wine Chateau palacinka (filled pancake ). Have the local Velebit beer-not Bud.
