Beef noodles dry ($8.80). Mixed feelings abt bowl from Soong Kee. Enjoyed noodles with minced meat gravy . But beef slices tasted smooth, as if coated w baking powder. Punchy chilli sauce , tasty soup
U’ll wanna return to try other items. U can round up ur friends/fam to order a spread but it’s not the same as having a whole bowl of pork noodle soup/KL hokkien mee all to urself. GG (Gluttony&greed)
Pork noodle ($8.80). Generous preparation from Uncle Beh. But salty sauce, pork ball & soup ! Will ask kitchen to take it easy if I ever order again. Fried lard cubes were rancid
Nasi Lemak ($8.80) from Kampung Nasi Lemak Kukus. Steamed rice could be less wet. Sambal chilli was spicy . The hero was the fried chicken : crispy & well marinated
Coffee . Kopi-O kosong ‘di lok’ (undiluted, like espresso ) was smooth & bitter. However, there’s a stale aroma with a sip. This cuppa $2.20 (compared to 90-cents in residential estates)
Wantan Mee . Helmed by Koon Kee brand. They also offer braised mushroom & chicken feet , as well as shrimp dumplings

Siong Huat Bak Kut Teh . Menu & prices. Stall also serves pork knuckles , pig stomach soup & pig intestines soup
Aptly named “EatALLEY”. Narrow. Long. With a lack of seating (especially during mealtimes).
Menu & prices at Hong Lai Hokkien Mee . Stall also sells Moonlight Hor Fun & KL Lor Mee
Braised duck rice ($7.80) from Kam Heong is served with salted vege & soup . Meat was tender but not aromatic. Everything was cold except the soup . Rice is lightly fragrant. Decent meal but forgettable
KL Hokkien Mee ($9.80). The plate by Hong Lai is flavourful but dry. My serving had a stale smell too. Generous ingredients. They only sell in one size, which can feed 2 persons
The linear foodcourt at level B2 is facing Starbucks & Lobby A lift lobby
For fans of Beef Noodle , here’s Soong Kee’s menu & pricing
Wantan mee . This plate of WTM from Koon Kee is $7.80. Decent but wished the ‘char siew ’ (BBQ pork ) was not so tough to chew. Wantans were tasty & aromatic
Pork noodle by Uncle Beh. Here is the stall’s menu
Really wanted to try the food here but couldn’t get a seat. The seating is very limited.
Interesting nasi lemak protein options: ayam rempah, ayam masak merah, chicken rendang , beef rendang , sambal cockles, or sambal cuttlefish
While stall promotes their more expensive signature combo ($12.80), the popular bowl is F2, your basic bowl of pork noodle ($8.80) - Cheen The Curious
This is G1 (ayam rempah), which is fried chicken. Crispy & well marinated. Standard in all plating is the egg, cucumber slices, ikan bilis (fried anchovies) & of course, spicy sambal (chilli paste) - Cheen The Curious
Char siew (BBQ pork) slices, while thick cuts, were tough to chew - Cheen The Curious
Char kway teow (fried flat rice noodles). Penang Hawker Place offers this favourite. Small plate ($6) fried with 2 mid-sized prawns. Generous with ‘taugeh’ (bean sprouts). Light “wok hei” (smokiness) - Cheen The Curious
Japanese teas, snacks, noodles and more. Best place to pick up gifts for home or quick sashimi lunch box. - Jessica Ip
