All fried items are fried in trans fat. There are unfried "fresh side grille" items, but these aren't very good. I would say save your money and go to Red Lobster or Bonefish.
I like their chicken . The grilled salmon is also good and i love the corn cobbette.
Disregard my last tip: NO MORE TRANS FAT! Order whatever you please.
