I've been here 8 times & have tried 17 dishes. LOVED: 1) Deep-fried Bun Shanghai Style 2) Salted Vegetables w Green Beans & Green Beans Pasta . FAILED: Pickled Cucumber . See Top10 dishes on Foodmento: Read more
Good Shanghai staples. However 红烧肉 this time is overly salty. Reservations recommended as it does get crowded during weekends.
Good Shanghainese dishes - lionhead meatballs (braised) and 生煎飽 especially
Juicy pork dumplings - some of the best on town !
Try the "la jiang mian" , niceeeeeeee and the xiao long bao too !
Puny portion and does not worth the price
Best mapo tofu
Quality has gone down. Things just don't taste the same. The friendly grandma isn't here (maybe just today?). Cantonese now spoken by staff . Fail.
Try the wild mushroom dishes... They're the ones with the Latin-looking names. Tastes very authentic to what I've had in Kunming and Lijiang!
コスパいい 焼き小籠包は週末のみ
Best 生煎 in Singapore
Romantic place for dinner. Their pizzas are made there & then. And you can even see how the chefs prepare your pizza. Good place, great pizza! - Jolyn Chung
Always good food here, love the haddock with gravy & baked beans lah. A singapore institution! - Dave
Authentic Teochew cuisine at reasonable prices. Cold crab is a must - Vincent Tan
Savoury tantalising Cantonese-inspired dishes that will warm the hearts & take u back to ur happy place. We enjoyed the garlic soy sauce razor clams, fried rice (so much wok hey), walnut&almond paste - Edd
Go for the Teochew porridge with mixed platter of braised items (duck, pork belly, pig skin, tofupok, white tofu, and egg). The fried pork is also yummy with a good crunch outside, but moist inside. - William Ng
