I had high expectations for this place, which is very cozy and has a great soundtrack... However, the burgers were overcooked and the meat had an odd taste. I won't came back.
Overcooked burgers . But when you get past that, this place is lovable. Cozy , and for being a tiny burger joint their selection of beers are quite decent.
What's not good about burgers and beers , both are great!
If you like great burgers , then unfortunately Slakteriet is NOT the place to go in central Uppsala.
Used to be an awesome burger bar . But something changed. Higher price and less food combined with a grumpy hostess I'm done with this place.
