I like this place a lot. 2nd trip. I'm a big guy and it's like a cruise only with a lot of space and few lines . That will make sense to many.

HUGE property with a ton of pools, incredible Beach not to mention all the Pool Bars . (A few swim up as well . Pick from the active, pool scene to the chill and relax pool scene.

I've never experienced service like this before. The Dominican people are nothing less than inspiring. Always happy, eager to help, ever attentive, very kind. Hotel awesome. Theatre blech. Food great.

Awesome rooms. Huge hotel with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Food is so so. Loved the casino and the zip line excursion .

Like the place, only draw back is that trolley you have to take everywhere because it’s a huge place. Loved that they have entertainment for all ages. Good customer service.

Best restaurants are toro (try the rib eye ! With jacket and sour cream ) ZEN and ipanema for Brazilian meats cooked beautifully.. Pizza place is dire.. Italian so so and Mexican a let down.

Ciao Restaurant - ask for Teofilo(Teo), Edgar & Alfredo - they are the "A" team! Fast, smart, entertaining, nice, and they speak pretty much every language known to man!

Food is great! Room is very spacious and comfortable ! The beach and pools are fantastic. Has everything you need!

Try the Churrasco at The Market for dinner , so delish! Luis and Ariel were our waiters there, they were great! Also try the Orange ice cream at the Ice Cone tastes like an Orange Julius!

hotel was great, but watch out when you try to book tours at the website like I did. If you do, wait til you get to the hotel to book ! I booked with Brahman Tours and they never got in touch with us!

Beware the sand fleas on the beach at night and early morning, or right after rain. Your feet/legs will get all bitten up. Don't bring your towels back to your room!

Well this five star hotel has everything you can imagine and all inclusive is all inclusive...unbelievable and yet for me it's top of the line ...

A great vacation here. Large space . Great for runners and walkers. Clean and well kept.

For breakfast go to the market restaurant . Lunch is great in El Toro . For dinner check out the Isla and don't miss the live cooking in the Zen

The spa is simply amazing. The pre-treatment pool, shower , steamroom, etc. are off the charts! Do show up 1 hour before your appointment to enjoy everything.

Head for the Eden pool a couple of times during your stay. It's like a boutique pool within a resort and a welcome rest-bite.

This place is huge! Great design and services. Casino is definitely entertaining. I'll be back to this resort ...and I hate resorts !

If you play guitar, go to the main lobby and look for a fender booth , you can lend a guitar for 2 days free of charge to play in your room!

Eden Pool. Best place for adults to hang out.

This was the location of our Family Vacation in 2011. The entire show was broadcast from the resort . Being in Punta Cana makes waking up early a whole lot easier! Visit the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino !

Hit the maid button each time you leave your room and they'll clean it every time, anytime during the day/night!

If you wish to be on the beach and away from kids, go for building 1a , 2a, 2a or 4a. Building 5 B was the perfect medium between the main building and the pool/beach.

If you do not tip your mini-bar person big the first day, don't expect to see him back....ever. Right Javier? BTW housekeeping is awesome.

Hotel rooms are nice. Food is average. And I wish ppl will stop saying things about the beach like hard rock created it smh. It's great and the palapas are free! Most places you pay for that.

Trams are not necessary!!! Easy to walk everywhere (burns off the excess food from all the restaurants !)

The hotel is Huge for me the best rooms are the ones that Re closer to the lobby.

Definitely try to book your excursions and spa appointments ASAP after check in. The wait is long and you might miss out in prime departure times.

The resort credits are a love hate. Take singles to tip the pool bar staff .

The food is horrendous here. Also, you can't make a reservation anywhere which is just annoying because you have to wait for bad food. Other than that pools and beach are nice and staff is friendly .

Rock star level hotel . Totaly worth it.

This place is really nice but overall, the amenities are better at the other palace resorts in Mexico. Food at this resort is far superior to the food at the Palace resorts in mexico though.

Eden pool: excellent electro jazz music , lounge atmosphere, more of an adult and layed back scene.

Gamble early and you have little chance of winning. Gamble late at naught and you could likely lose your wife like I did!
