Wine and tapas are the best choice for a laid back evening at the Library . So much better than dinner in the breeze when food gets cold faster than you can eat it.
Probably one of the best place to chill out with a cold beer in Chaweng beach !
Not only buy 1, get 1 free from 5-7, but choice of 101 drinks & 10 tapas to indulge in. The best spot on Chaweng in my opinion!
