Try the create-your-own omelet . Just $7.25 and you can pick as many items as you want. I tried salmon lox , cream cheese , tomato , caper and onion . Very good!

The lox and bagel is delicious. Everything is fresh and yummy!

Used to be very good but the owner decided to make Lemon Tree the only business that made it in the building was subway and nobody goes there. Charges 40 bucks for 2 people, 5 $ for orange juice .

Skip McDonalds Egg McMuffin . Head to Third Coast and pick up a Commuter Sandwich . It's not low-cal, but it IS high-flavor.
