A great hotel experience in the heart of Wrocław old town . Rational price, great location, friendly service and cosy room . The only minor minus was the wall-to-wall carpet in the room.

It's a fine hotel . Breakfast it's a bit expensive but you can eat in a lot of restaurants near the hotel . It's better than the Sofitel ;)
Room was ok, but hairdryer wasn’t so good, remote control had old batteries, they inactivated card one day before I should left, freezer in a fridge had no space bc was never unfreez i think ????????

Cannot agree with Piotrek: there is warm water and everything is included.
I don't recommend this hotel ; cold water, hidden costs etc.
