15 min wait for iPhone turns into 40 min and still waiting, left...Not once did the rep tell me it would take longer or apologize for the wait. By myself with my 4 kids during all this. F Best Buy.

I believe the dark haired supervisor girl fraudulently completed an UN picked up item as picked up when it was not. calling regional/district manager to file formal complaint.

Don't get a dark haired supervisor. She's unfriendly and doesn't know what customer service means. Stick with the regular staff , much kinder. The supervisor lost a $220 sale tonight for bestbuy.

Awful awful service. They have no product knowledge . Thought a second chance would change my mind but nope. They just lost a $400 sale from me!

Worst customer service around. Little to no product knowledge . Don't greet customers in cell phone area and assist people out of order once they get around to it.
