Good hotel , nice location with a great gym and an outstanding kuwaiti seafood restaurant "Al-Muhallab". Only downside is the lack of parking spots .

Despite all of the hotel 's shortcomings, the genuine high quality restaurants surrounding the place make up for that.

I honestly enjoyed my stay. I would love to come again♥️

Lovely environment, nice staff and most of all near to arabela

The only thing I liked about it was the indoor Starbucks.The place needs major renovation, my room had bugs ,the decor was totally depressing. I was surprised it was a 5star hotel , it should be a 3star

تعديلات و تغييرات الفندق مخربه وايد عليه و سعره كان وايد بالنسبه للخدمة ما عجب ضيوفنا بس نظام شقه و غرفتين وصاله كبيرة

للأسف تم تجربته لعدد 4 نزلاء 4 غرف لمدة ليلتين الفندق والعاملين فيه سيئ للغاية ترميم وازعاج لا يستحق القيمة
