Service is good. The guys have a great sense of humor. Use that to your advantage. The fact their bagels and donuts are awesome doesn't hurt either.

Good bagel sandwiches are hard to find, but this place has 'em! Highly recommend bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel !

Lost a customer for $0.99. No content to completely ignore a 7-year old politely reporting a fallen donut , they proceed to charge for a new donut . #fail Will do without the usual no smile policy.
