Every Room is newly decorated It is now may 2018. Great place we highly recomend this hotel . Also a very nice staf. Old reviews are out of date. Clean rooms .

Situado en pleno "Promenade des Anglais", sin duda merece la pena pagar por una habitación con vistas al mar , muy próximo al centro de Niza, hay múltiples restaurantes y tiendas en sus proximidades.
Excelente localização. Apartamento confortável. Hotel estilo colonial , muito bonito. Única deficiência é a falta de um frugívora no quarto. O custo benefício é excelente. Parking público bem próximo.
O hotel eh lindo, mas ainda esta vivendo da época em q era bom! Precisa de uma boa reforma. MA como esta de frente pro mar, ainda. Vale um pouco!!

The ocean next to the promenade is blue and clear. It can get very windy during winter nights. A perfect place for scenic photographs and views. #scenic - Khang Nguyễn
Good service, reasonable price on things given right on the beach with eating and lounge areas, good bathrooms and showers. We stayed at West End hotel and had a slightly cheaper deal at 20E. - Jason Searle
