Be nice to the pharmacists and the techs. They have a very demanding job. We are lucky to have Harry, ,Kyle, Kim, just to name a few of the helpful emplkoyees!
Overall the pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had any problems with rudeness or lack of help from the staff !
Lisa withheld my prescription for 10 days. It was a controlled substance. My primary care doctor and CVS legal got involved and it was resolved. CVS regional managers never returned any calls.
Pharmacy takes forever. Never call for help when there is a long line and do not apologize to customers for the wait.
Don't ask questions because they just tell you to go online and figure it out by yourself!
What a dumb tip. Ask questions if you wish, if they don't answer , ask a manager!
Don't tip. They get regular salaries.
