Awesome environment. Rooms stocked with liquor , drinks and water all complimentary . As much food and more as on a cruise .

The food was excellent the staff is very friendly and your never without a drink in your hand the side by side tour was a bummer the machines were junk and not really a adventure

nice hotel , good food at the buffets , friendly staff , my only complaint is that the gym is majorly lacking and its only open until 8pm. only 3 treadmills , a few bikes and ellipticals

The Bavaro is new and right down the beach ... This riu is nice, but the riu bavaro is much nicer !!

the shark and stingray tour is bogus, don't do it. these poor creatures are living in captivity for the benefit of this tour , don't support that.

Free wifi . Read somewhere that someone said it wasn't. Definitely free. You constantly have to log in which can get annoying but for being on vacation... If was fine.

An excelent stay. Despite the internet, which is really bad in the entire island , I have absolutelly no complains.

The Italian restaurant had the best tasting food - the buffets , not so much.

They shock the pool @ 6 pm. You probably don't want to swim in it after ist been shocked for quite sometime.

La atención y el servicio de sus empleados es algo excepcional, muy buen trato hacia nosotros y los niños, la comida del bufé excelente, pero los restaurantes a la carta no valen la pena tanto.

A pesar de lo bueno del servicio, al hotel le hace falta una remodelación urgente: Sombrillas y sillas rotas en la piscina , a algunas paredes le falta pintura, el sofá del cuarto olía a húmedo .
