The steak queso burrito with potatoes , white rice , refried beans , more queso , and chipotle salsa was the best burrito I can recall indulging upon in quite some time. Many local brews here too! :)

Their burritos are amazing. Lots of different choices so you can tailor to your taste. Great sauces and salsas . Some that are unique but very tasty.

Shredded chicken and pork is amazing. Best burrito I've had in awhile. Beats Chipotle and qdoba . Check it out, great friendly staff as well .

The potatoes at Matador are the best I've had in a burrito , add them to everything you order. My fav combo is grilled chicken , potato , cilantro rice , no beans + sauces.
