Even when upgraded after horrific checkin experience I had a broken bedroom blind and no aircon until maintenance fixed it the following day: cue 6am wake up call from garbage trucks and bright sun
Hope your experience is better than mine three weeks ago. I took two hours to get checked in, two blood and crap stained duvets before an upgrade to a half decent room.

Fast in room wireless... Well equipped suites... and Market Mall only 5mins away!
Exceptionally feckless check-in; at 9:30pm I had to wait an HOUR to get my room, and a further 30 minutes to get a clean duvet and cover to replace the brown-stained one on the bed. Poor form.

Clean, modern and priced reasonably. The W XYZ Lounge was a pleasant surprise. The bar menu choices were way above average and there's a variety of local beers on tap. Would stay here again! - Nathan Wright
