Clean and brand new 5 star hotel in Tehran but because of shortage in 5star hotels in Tehran, all the time its full and reservation department is impolite.

We had a company event here. They didn't have proper coffee . They were out of regular coke at lunch and their staff were not nice.

The real 5 star hotel in Tehran . Stuff was very helpful and they talk turkish too. A little bit expansive but it deserves every penny. You will not regret any moment of your stay.

Lobby coffee shop was nice and fancy . Serving orders can take as long as 30 minutes, a little crowded with a semi-loud live piano . Good for half-formal meetings.

Why should I pay 6$ for an espresso ? ????

All staffs are kindly and friendly , the foods are delicious and fitness room is enough to train but a bit expensive than Irans standarts. Enjoy

رستوران سنتي: غذا خوب و با كيفيته و البته بهترين نيست. قيمت بالاست و با ابن مبلغ ميشه تو تهران بمراتب غذاي بهتري خورد. قليون مثل موارد مشابه دكوريه و موزيك زنده رو مخي داره. ولي در كل پشيمون نميشيد

پرسنل نابلد و خدمات دهی ضعیف. دو بار اتاق عوض کردم؛ موبایل و وایرلس آنتن نداشت و نیمه شب قفل از کار افتاده بود و حبس شده بودم. آباژور رو خاموش می کنی برق پریز قطع می شه... مخلص کلام 3 ستاره هم زیادشه.

هواي تالارهاش خيلي گرفته است و هيچ راهي براي ورود هواي تازه نيست،انگار فقط موقع ورود و خروج مهمونا درهارو باز ميكنند،دكور هم خيلي رنگ و رو رفته و قديميه،ولي شام خوشمزه اي براي مراسم يا مجالس دارند

يكي آشغال ترين هتل ها از لحاظ رعايت حقوق مشتري، تو زمستون يخ زدم تا صبح نتونستند يك اتاق رو گرم كنند در حالي كه دو برابر مبلغ اتاق رو پول پيش مي گيرند
