Really good now it's been done up, the cafe don't sell ice cream but there is usually a van parked up all day. Bring a swimsuit and a towel for the splash pool.
Great park I just wish people would look after it especially now it has been done up. It is our park after all

Try to avoid peak times, it gets rather cramped. Lads - there is a coffee shop, so once done in man section escape for food and drink!!! - Robert
