2000年 に開業したジャスコ鳥取北店が増床して2011年 11月にイオンモールになりました。「北ジャス」と今でも呼ばれてるそうです。デートスポットらしいですけどどうなんでしょうか。
入口横のチャンスセンターは、年末ジャンボ1等3億円やグリーンジャンボ1等前後賞合わせて5億5千万円など出てます。
2011年 11月21日より「イオンモール 鳥取北店」に名称変更。
