If your iThingy is broken, make sure you have a genius appointment otherwise you could be waiting a while (or may have to come back another day)!

Go early or late, otherwise it's stupidly busy like any Apple Store - full of chavs who want to go on Facebook for free on a laptop as they can't afford a decent phone.

Always make genius appointment , it may take days to get one. Check in on arrival or they won't know you are there, don't be late, or you will lose It. Be prepared to cue and wait.

Install the Apple Store app on your iPhone to use 'easypay'. Scan the items barcode to pay with your credit card thats linked to your Apple id. Saves time when it's busy, which is all the time!!

Typical iconic Apple design. Plenty of staff on hand and you can just play with the stuff without being bothered if you wish.

Absolutely huge Apple shop

I got sensory overload just looking at the store from the outside.

If you want any support- see a genius, make sure you've made an appointment. The cue is MASSIVE.

Never shop here - it's for people who don't know about technology :)

The worst experience ever. Seriously disgusting took my 11 months MacBook to fix a faulty sensor under guarantee .. got it back from them un-fixed, wet and fully damaged - they also blame me for it!!

Great place for free wifi , not the best signal but it's free.

don't forget, all those overpriced gadgets will require that awful app itunes to make them work ;-)
