Service today is not very good, no smile totally on the face. Have to request personally for special deal menu, disappointed with cheese powder out stock. Overall, just okay. Hope to see improvements.

The poor shift manager (Chut) has to do all the job: making order, taking soups , making drinks, serving the pizza and be the cashier . Lucky for her, the job doesn't need her to bake the pizza .

I think they have improved. Serving meal within promise time frame 15 minute tops. May be lunch hour abit more people but still can accept. May opinion is increase few ground staff on peak hour.

staff service ok...but why the guy who doing pizza cutting had to be so ganas? we saw one pizza jump off the plate after he finish the cutting...potong pizza kasar macam buat rumah pun ada...

Ok! The menu is good! For once, they did something right! Lets hope they keep it that way...

Everything's ok until it's time for dessert ... ordered cookies sundae but the cookie comes burnt... :( had to wait another 10 minutes for replacement..

Service is quite fast during lunch hour .
