These "gong pian" or Chinese bagels as I call 'em are so good! Crispy on the outside with the savoury wilted onions on the inside. One is probably not enough! A must have when you're in town .
The Chinese bagel aka gong peah is da bomb!!! I ate three in a row (that's with a full stomach), I was just weak. You gotta have patience to line up, but it's totally worth it.
Is a hok chew biscuit . Inside contents onion n flour. Baked like naan . Crispy and nice. Worth to try. But watch out ur throat. As of June 2013, 80 cents per piece.
Must try biscuit shop when in Sitiawan. RM1.10 per piece as of November 2017. A little salty though. Biscuits oven baked and stuffed with Onions
Gong pia fresh from the oven. Eat it while still hot. Onion fillings with lard.

We didn't know what to eat in Sitiawan, so took a gamble and had our dinner here! It exceeded our expectations!! Lamb chop was good, tomyam bee hoon was excellent too! They really put in the effort! - Stewart Tan
Gong piang is good! Both the small (onion filling) and big (char siew filling). Very good alternative if you didn't manage to buy any from Ceng cia. :D - _ean_
