I love Panera , BUT It doesn't matter which one I go to or how many times I speak to a manager... Cashiers do not wash their hands before making drinks! DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO GET SICK BEFORE THEY GET IT
Ordering online is the way to go. Food upfront under your last name. Skip the huge lunch time lines .
Don't be an asshat and talk so loudly on your blue tooth that people can hear your every word on the other side of the dining room. Nobody here cares how important you think you are.

They don't bring food to your table anymore. But it's a good place to get a sandwich and do some work in the afternoon. Avoid it during busy eating hours.

Agree about the bad service. It took 15 minutes to get our food when there was no wait at the register, everything was wrong, and the soup was lukewarm. No one cared.
