You’d expect lots of umami in the Shrimp broth. Happy to announce it doesn’t disappoint. And it’s also not so overpowering you’d stop after 3 spoonfuls. They’ve nailed the secret sauce. Pun intended - Ed

Tonkatsu soup is rich and smooth and the noodles are perfectly cooked. Meet wasn’t matching the rest of the bowl. So far the best of 4 ramen I tried in SG. Also the priciest. - Johan Nex
