This is an AWESOME beach , so much fun, partying & people watching ???? Go grab the fence when the jets take off, very exhilarating ❤️ Nice cold beer , music & food at the bars at each end of the beach .

The jet blasts aren't as bad as I was expecting and the pilot at the time was really putting on a show for us. You'll find sand in places you'd never expect but you'll love it!

Just have to be here for the plane landings. Unfortunately so does everyone else and the traffic to return to the cruise ship can get quite bad. Still, it was worth it!

Really cool experience to have planes flying above your head as you lay on beach soaking in some sun! Hold onto your hats if you're behind the fence when the plane takes off!

Great experience. Planes land just above your head. In the meanwhile you can enjoy blue crystal clear water or just lie on the beach . Be aware of jet blast , it might blow all your clothes away.

Like any Caribbean beach , beautiful and wonderful... but even better with airplanes landing right above your heads!!!!! Most are small prop-plans, so check schedules if you want to see a jumbo-jet!

Definitely one to experience. Planes arriving and departing is a total experience you don’t want to miss. Can be busy. But worth it.

Expect the lowest approaches from the guys of Insel Air. They are from the island and like to amuse people on the beach . Arrivals are at 11:40am and 4:00pm. Their old MD-83s make LOTS of noise!!!

The type of morons that love gathering here are the same type that would cry foul if ever an accident occurred if ever an airplane missed the runway or blew them away with jet blast . Not too bright .

Had a wonderful time watching the planes take-off. A most see moment.

Jet blasts are a blast! Our group lost 2 pair of sunglasses and almost our beach towels don't take anything near the middle of the runway you don't want to lose.

Tourist trap, especially on cruise days but still worth the trip to see for yourself if you're renting a car. Don't plan on spending the day, there are far more relaxing beaches .

Get here early. Pay the $10 for a chair. Well worth the hype. Cab ride from cruise terminal only run you 9$ per person

Do Air France. The jet blast was awesome. Split second of scary, but secure your items, close your mouth and hold on.

Plane-spotting on the beach ? Life doesn't get any better than this.

Too many people, too many tourists ! Sunset bar writes down the arrivals and departure times on a surfboard. Although their food isn't the best and it's always crowded .. It's a place to visit in sxm.

Bonita e pequena, mas não dá para aproveitar como praia . O tempo todo lotada e os aviões passando . Agora como experiência é terrível e imperdivel! Haha :-)
