They have an amazing cheese selection ! When they have samples..the woman who works the cheese department wants to hear feedback and discusses different cheeses . Full of knowledge !

Great meat, seafood and produce sections. Also, be sure to grab your free cookies at the front of the store as you enter or leave. Yummy!
Not crowded , friendly service , above average prepared foods/sushi. Stock of organic produce/meats sorely lacking if that's your jam . Expensive for a store that doesn't offer a more upscale selection.
Grab a sugar/sugar free cookie on the way out. they are good but only one per customer.

The butcher is always helpful and willing to make cuts of meat on the spot.

Theyll make any type of sushi you want at the sushi deli !!
Meats selection is quite limited. Couldn't find chorizo , pork belly , or tripe .

You can ask the cafe to substitute salad greens in place of potato chips with your sandwich. The SBLT is my favorite! - Lanny
