Victim of its own previous success. Trying desperately to be cool. Bad quality food. Rude waiters . Bad music . Used to be a nostalgic place but now is but an imitation of what it was. A tourist trap.

A small restaurant with some authentic stews . Very crowded and make sure you got a reservation and be extra punctual. The management is not very friendly and quite snobbish, be prepared!

Super kind and polite staff , very nostalgic ambiance, high prices, 14,000 tomans for only rice with butter! Average quality food with big portions , delicious Mast o Khiar, abit strange Gheyme though!

One of the oldest cafes in Tehran which was Forough Farokhzad and Sadegh Hedayat hangout cafe .the place is in red light and u should reserve before or stay in line for half an hour.

Too crowded . We waited more than 1 hour to get a table ! Nice decoration. Kotlet and gheyme were normal and pricey ! I Expected more but it was totally normal .

One of the greatest restaurants in Tehran. All meals are amazing. Try the Russian kotlet & borsch soup . The meals are huge so order one for twoSuper expensive & they charge additional service fees.

Mystical atmosphere and ecstatic food. The portions are enough to make 2 people feel full. Get there before 12PM or u'll have to wait for ages to be seated.

I visited this suck place based on comments and overrated point. The only thing i have seen rudeness and snob staff . Snob stuff is closing door onto your face if there is no available place.

Loved this place!!! Didn't feel like I was in tehran, nevertheless downtown. Amazing borsht !! The Kotlet I would not recommend and $35t was definitely too much for it. I'll be back to try others

Great ambience, tasty food, everything is great here and the only problem is about the responsible person for reservation who is totally rude, I repeat, totally rude!

It's a cozy restaurant , you need to make a reservation before you go. It serves breakfast from 07:30 to 10:30 and lunch from 13:30 to 15 from Saturday to Thursday.

Food could be better. We had fish and shenisel. The portions are big even a soup will male u full. All and all environment was better than their food. I ll Definitely go again

Pricy but really delicious different iranian and non-iranian food with polite and nice staff , try Russian Kotlet for sure and also Gheimeh .

Love love it’s vibe ... very cosy place it will take you to Cuba with it’s decoration and their jazz music .... they are famous for their Kotlet ...

Super cool vibe and ambiance. The food portions are enormous. They also taste good. It’s usually crowded and you have to wait in line for table. It’s really small though.

One of my favorite places in Tehran. You need to be early to get a seat, specially on weekends, as this place is an attraction to intellectuals and tourists .

A totally typical restaurant with unreasonable high prices. The only attraction for 70s' fans might be the atmosphere, thanks to picture frames and posters.

A weak menu for food, a powerful one for coffee . They are not showng off to be old, they are really old and original. They are one of the icons of cafes in Tehran.

Generally it is overrated in comments but it worths a visit. Recommended if u r close to it but i wouldn't take the long ride just to eat there. Its nice with yum food. Stews are better than kebabs .
