Probably the best cocktails in Phnom Penh. Pricy but worth every penny. Cocktails are really delicious plus service is good. Rum lovers, try thd Diplomat Old Fashion
Oskar is a great place with an excellent vibe. We asked for the burger and the meatball pasta and they were outstanding. The cocktails are tasty too.
Went back for dinner . Fabulous. Had salmon which was moist and tender. Colleague had shrimp salad that was huge/delicious. You may be attracted by the setting,but the food will keep you coming back
Try the Oskar salad ! Excellent! As much as the Mojito !
Beware, this place must be somewhere deep in the selling process, there is no other reason for such a drastic drop in service, quality, and for gods sakes just being greeted by a human being!
