Same as McD's most anywhere. Use caution about when you order the fish - they pre-cook it, let it sit around in a warming drawer and have no qualms about serving it hockey puck style.
If the drive-thru isn't fast enough, get your lazy arse out the car and go in. It's much faster that way. :)
