Gets busy and closes around 9.30pm, so book ahead. Great view of the harbour from upstairs. Try the seafood salad with Orkney crab ????
Specials board is worth a look - crab linguine full of crabmeat that's obviously local and fresh. Dessert - deep fried Oreo with blueberry cheesecake dip .
Good pub offers. We had yummy fish&chips and cheddar/potato/leek soup . Friendly staff was very helpful and welcoming as well . Free wifi .
Lovely joint with local craft beers but they don’t let you eat at the bar so if hungry you need a table.
This is *the* place for Highland Brewing Co (Rob & Lewis Hill 's brewery at Swannay, Orkney ) - always Scapa Special , and sometimes one other (eg Dark Munroe, Orkney Blast)

It fills up quick at lunchtime , but there is an upstairs, so reccy up there before you give up. Scapa Special and Pie 'n' Chips , their soups are great too
