Having travelled extensively in Thailand, I found Koh Thai to be an excellent attempt at Thai food with touches of fusion. The "recommended" dishes such as 24 Hour Ribs are really good.

When they say "spicy", they *mean* spicy ...that's coming from Asian friends who like spicy food . Stay away from the mussels wrapped in bacon though (top left), perhaps the only bad choice on the menu.

One of my favourite restaurants in southsea. Definitely book a table as it gets really busy. Kohtinis are delicious.

The tapas are OK. Main dishes are small, and unless you order rice or noodles as side, you'll be hungry just with a stir fry dish.Nice taste, but nothing outstanding. Pricey for the size of the plates

Mussels and bacon don't sound good together, and they're not. Stay clear. Also the Jungle Curry is as advertised; very hot. Everything else... Amazing.
