No need to stay overnight here. Sleep outside, go for a big morning hike , and then come for brunch . Arrive starving so you can take full advantage of the spread (and get your money’s worth).

If you come for brunch and want to do the buffet , try to come around 10. At 10:30, they switch out some of the breakfast buffet items (waffles , bacon ) and replace with lunch and dessert items.

The service and atmosphere is perfect, as always. New ownership means new kitchen staff , so dishes that require highly accurate timing suffer a bit. The prime rib is still good; salmon wonderful.

Loved dinner here - an oasis in the wilderness. The live music (piano) and attentive service was memorable. I had the quinoa which was great, as was the prime rib !

Vegetarians : For Sunday brunch you can also order off the a la carte menu. I recommend the 2 eggs which you can then ask for roasted vegetables with the eggs .

Breakfast is often easier to get in and an inexpensive way to experience dining here. Diner : reserve early

There is a dress code if you come for dinner but they have loaner collared shirts available! :) ????

I don't know what is better, food or the wine list . I recommend to try the Roumbauer Chardonnay , they have bottle and glass

Hotel recommends you to make a reservation for breakfast even if you're staying there. There is a reservation counter just next to the hotel check in desk.

The prime rib is amazing! I only wish there were more foods that I could slather horseradish on.

Marty is a great waiter . Ask him for a kitchen tour , kitchen is the biggest room in GB's hotel .

The Ruben is great, the Pepsi is crisp, and the bread is awesome!

Cheesecake topped with boysenberry is very good!

Go for breakfast buffet - it’s great!

Everything was mediocre. Very much downhill since the management change.

Food is very basic (fast food quality) with pretentious service (of wannabe restaurant ) ????????. Next time we’ll bring sandwiches to Yosemite.

Food looks better than it tastes. Lamb was served cold and the chicken was just ok.
