This is the first museum built in Malaysia! What i like most is the ‘orang asli’ sections. I’ve been to many museums in Msia, and this museum tell more about the establishment of the museum itself! ????

A very well curated museum , small but enjoyable. You won't learn tons of things but I believe it for its size it does better than many museums of Kuala Lumpur. Don't miss it.

Oldest museum in Malaysia. Small collection of state history, natural history, arts and crafts, and indigenous art . Senior citizen and child discount . Gift shop inside, toilets outside.

RM5 but with MYKAD, its RM2 only????. Kids (ages 6 - 12) Free for MyKid. RM2 for foreigners. 2 levels - shoes off before heading upstairs.

The name given "Muzium Perak", I'd expected to see history of Perak or at least Taiping in the museum , but I couldn't see any. The best part of it, so far, the building is nicely conserved!

Nothing much to see as I was expecting to look for history of Perak but disappointed. However the overall condition is better than the KL museum . RM 2 entrance fee for Malaysian citizen.

Most of d display items in d museum has nth to do with taiping. Four section: Orang asli spiritual dance mask, silver-made tools, animal skeleton , fish sample, etc.

Very informative... the replicas were very unique, awesome antique cars at the exits. Worth to pay a visit

As of now, there's nothing on the history of Taiping. Wonder what's the reason.

It's a good place to stop by during hot or rainy day. RM2 admission fee .

U should go look in inside although the things in there aren't related with taiping. Plus the fee is only cost RM 2 for adult

The oldest museum in Peninsula Malaysia. And there's no admission fees !

It is quite small. But for RM2 per entrance, surprisingly informative.
