Noodle is of the chewy ('karet') variant. Try eating it with cakwe (yutiao). One of the best noodle in town . A must try. 5 out 5 stars!

They use shreded chicken breast . I usually have it as a plain noodle that sets me back @ Rp 22,000/bowl.
