Seriously this is a pier from the bad old days - nothing can be won; grabbers don't grab; pennies jammed in.. And the staff look like 70s carny. Avoid - it's not Brighton.

Build a small boat using the wooden floor panels in case someone vandalises the pier .

Avoid the Toy Family grabbing machines. Been here twice today and none of the prizes have moved...

Stop by the Pier Cafe and have a meal! It's small, friendly , and right at the entrance to the pier .

Free to use cash machine, makes a refreshing change.

Great place to spend all your loose change at the end of a visit to the region!

Never seen so many people driving a mobility scooter as near this pier .
